Reports of keyholders having multiple unknown phone calls come through essentially blocking the control room’s attempts to contact keyholders in the event of an incident.
We advise that our clients if receiving a constant barrage of unsolicited phone calls, to please contact our control room to confirm if all is well.
If uncertain of a supposed call from the control room, phone the control room to confirm. If still uncertain contact a manager.
Test alarm systems regularly – At least once a month, to make sure that it is functional.
Keep your keyholder information updated. Be pro-active with your security.
